KOMUNIKAT Piątek, 30.04.2010 JOB OFFER The Polish Biathlon Association seeks National team coach The Polish Biathlon Association would like to announce a job offer for Polish National women and men team coach. Candidates should submit their applications until 20th May 2010. The coaches will be employed for the duration of up to 4 years, until the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi. Candidates should send the following documents to the office of the Polish Biathlon Association in Katowice, they should also meet the following criteria:1. CV and letter of motivation. 2. Applicant should have higher education diploma and coaching degree corresponding with at least Polish 2nd degree coach license. 3. Presentation of the course and results of the candidate's coaching career. 4. Presentation of the coaching philosophy and plans for the four year period with Polish team. 5. Present health certificate, which enables the candidate to perform the duties of a coach. Candidates will be interviewed and chosen by a Executive Board of Polish Biathlon Association. Contracts with the coach of the Polish National Team will be signed for a period up to 4 years. After each year the results of coaching the National Team will be verified. The salary of the coach will be negotiated individually. The candidates will be informed of the date of the interview by e-mail or telephone.
